All the products available at PROHS.DEALS are either overstock or discontinued items, and they are all brand new. We carefully inspect each item before shipping or delivering to make sure no damaged goods are sent out.

Most local orders (within 150 miles of our warehouse) will be delivered free of charge by our delivery vans on the same day if your order is received before 11:00am, or on the next business day if your order is received after 11:00am. For orders outside our delivery area, we will ship your order FREE via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. You also have the option to pick up your order from our Clearwater, Florida warehouse to enjoy a 5% DISCOUNT on your entire order. If you plan to pick up your order, be sure to enter the promo code PICKUP during checkout and select the Pick Up option.

For orders shipped via UPS Ground, we'll process and ship your order within 24 hours of placing it. The delivery time for UPS Ground service may vary depending on your location in the United States (e.g., West Coast, Midwest, etc.), typically taking 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is processed, we'll email you the tracking information for your delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Unfortunately, we don't accept orders or payments over the phone for products purchased on PROHS.DEALS. Also, please keep in mind that we charge all applicable state and local sales taxes to your total purchase, as PROHS.DEALS is a direct-to-consumer clearance marketplace.

When you make a purchase from PROHS.DEALS, it's important to keep in mind that all sales are final and non-refundable unless you receive a defective item. If that happens, don't worry! We'll be happy to replace the defective item with the same or a similar one (if it's available), or we can give you a credit for the amount you spent. This credit can be used for any other purchase you make from PROHS.DEALS.
